2025 MYFA Girls Flag Football League

MYFA Girls Flag Football League

Eligibility: Girls in current grades 3rd-8th, open to the public, no tryout required

Practice Schedule: Practices starting week of August 25th. Teams can practice up to two time a week for 60 minutes per practice

Training Location: Metro Youth Football Complex on Ahearn Dr in Cedar Rapids or at a location of the coaches choosing

Divisions & Game Format: Players will be sorted into 2 age levels for practice & competition. Generally 3rd-5th, 6th-8th There may be some flexibility to help balance team formations and to suit participant's experience & competitive desires. We will recognize teammate requests when it comes time to finalizing teams. The game format, such as 5v5 or 7v7 and other rules, will be determined based on enrollment numbers

Cost: $59 enrollment includes practice, uniform top, and a 6 game schedule

Enrollment: Will run through Sept 11th
