Important Information:
  • All practices will be padded and please remember a mouth guards.
  • All practices will be held at Metro Youth Football (1100 Ahearn Dr. NE Cedar Rapids, IA 52402)
  • Practices begin on October 15th.
Practice Schedule:
  • TBD - The practice schedule will be finalized by 9/21/24.
  • Practices will most likely be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
