Equipment Hand out Information

MYFA Families,

Equipment handout dates have been set...PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW

Equipment hand outs are for 3rd-6th grade only

All players must be accompanied by a parent and they must bring proof of GRADE LEVEL and SCHOOL so we can verify information for team placement. Players will be weighed and fitted for equipment only they have registered and verified this info, no exceptions!!!

Parents will set through a 20 minute presentation with Q&A while their players are being fitted for their equipment. We will have extra practice pants available for $20 at the event.

Please make sure your player leaves with the following: A helmet, mouthguard, chinstrap, shoulder pads and padded pants...jerseys will be handed out by the coach at practice.

Dates: August 1st, 8th, 22nd
Times: 12-4pm

ALL PLAYERS MUST GET FITTED AT ONE OF THESE DATES!!!
Refunds will be given to players not picking up equipment on one of these dates

PRO TIP: come to one of the first two fittings if possible...lines for the first two are much shorter than the last week
